Gold Bull for finance or Pingyao beef?

Eevry tourist come to Pingyao, always like to try the Pingyao beef, if he or she is not vegetarin.

There is a gold bull at the square in front of the Pingyaogucheng station at Pingyao.

I told my guests that represents the Pingyao beef. The guest said she thought that represents the finance at Pingyao. Because of the first bank was found at Pingyao in 1823 and was the financial center.
